Salmon and hake in a light cheddar cheese mornay sauce, enriched with smoked salmon, finished with tarragon and parsley and topped with an Emmental cheese gratin.
We love the fish gratin, had it with creamy mash, peas and carrots. Comfort food at it’s best. Don’t think I could make better!!!
