This season the minimum food spend is 75€ + 15€ delivery due to the crazy world we find ourselves in! (Sorry no pickup available). So please add extra dishes to your basket for another day.
During the busy holiday period some items may be out of stock so best order in advance or choose other delicious alternatives from OUR MENU.
All dishes are delivered frozen and can be re-heated directly in the oven or microwave. So, if you are ordering for several days under one order, and have limited/unknown freezer space, note dishes can be reheated directly on first night without storage, some stored in the fridge for the next day and the rest can be put in the freezer for later in the week. Or place individual orders for separate delivery dates.
Online ordering is quick and simple. 1. Select delicious dishes from OUR MENU. 2. View Basket and check all is correct. 3. Proceed to Checkout and enter your delivery details. 4. Choose payment method and PLACE ORDER.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive confirmation, please check you have entered your email address correctly or check your Spam! Once orders have been placed, we unable to change or add dishes due to stock control and accounting systems.
Best to pay in advance via PayPal or bank card through the PayPal portal, you do not need a PayPal account to do so.
If you would like to pay by card or cash on delivery, you must be at the delivery address between 4.30 and 7.30pm, please have your mobile with you. We are unable to specify an exact time due to unknown delivery schedule on the day.

If you have paid in advance, we can leave your order in a secure place outside your chalet or apartment. Please have your mobile with you so we can let you know delivery has been made.
For unpaid orders, you must be at the delivery address with your mobile, so we can ensure to find you easily and efficiently. If we cannot contact you and find you, you may not receive your order, which would be a real shame!
We Deliver to Les Gets, Morzine, Montriond, Morillon, Samoens, Sixt, Verchaix and places in-between. However, Avoriaz, St Jean d’Aulps, Morillon 1100 and Samoens 1600 is outside our delivery zone.
At Bon Appetit we are very mindful of the planet and have a strict recycling policy, we segregate and recycle all our waste and compost our vegetable matter. We believe by using our product you can reduce your own personal waste and avoiding unnecessary packaging from the supermarket. All our plastic trays and sleeves are recyclable.
