Our Menu

Thai Green Curry Sauce – 17.25€
Coconut milk with a green Thai paste, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Think sweet, hot, salty and very flavoursome! All you have to do. Add chicken and fine beans.

Madras Sauce – 17.95€
A medium spiced tomato sauce with tamarind, cumin and mustard, finished with coriander. All you have to do. Add meat or vegetables.

Bourguignon Sauce – 18.75€
A French classic! A beefy rich red wine sauce with carrots, baby onions and button mushrooms, finished with parsley. All you have to do. Add your beef and simmer away!

Moroccan Tagine Sauce (Lamb base) – 18.25€
Slow cooked lamb sauce with apricots and aromatic spices of cinnamon, paprika, turmeric and ginger, we add the chickpeas. All you have to do. Add your grass-fed lamb.

Tikka Masala Sauce – 17.95€
Sweet sliced onions in a tomato and coriander sauce, spiced with turmeric, paprika, cumin, garam masala and a splash of cream. All you have to do. Add chicken or vegetables.

Coq au Vin Sauce – 19.75€
A classic rich red wine sauce with mushrooms, lardons and garlic. All you have to do. Add chicken and let it tick over on the stove.
